The tradition of Christmas Beers was born in the 19th century from the custom of Belgian Brewers to produce a “special” beer to drink with the family during the Christmas holidays. With our mahogany-colored Astrum, we were inspired by this tradition but obviously we interpreted it according to the “scents” of our Christmas. Hints of cinnamon, clove and star anise are grafted onto an important body, pleasantly announced on the nose, in a game of alternations that bring to mind the sweets of our tradition: in particular Roccocò and mustacciuoli. The mouthfeel sensations are rich and persistent but never cloying thanks also to a bitterness that gives it dryness on the finish that recalls the next sip.

Amber-colored beer from the Sorrento Peninsula, handcrafted, refermented in the bottle, unfiltered, unpasteurized. Evolving product.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops, spices (star anise, cinnamon, cloves), yeast.

Alcoholic content: 7% vol.

Warnings: Store in an upright position, in a cool and dark place. The natural yeast sediment on the bottom testifies to the craftsmanship of the product. Serve at 9-11 ° C.
