The color is an intense and luminous golden, contiguous to amber; the look is judiciously veiled and garnished with a subtle and fairly tenacious foam, although not bulky in the serving. The nose is rich, variegated: we find floral notes (orange blossom, hawthorn), fruity (white melon, ripe apple), malty (caramel, light honeys), alongside candied hints (cedar, lemon) and a significant mineral strength. The same one that stands out when sipped with its mischievous flavor.
